Dear members

We have been delayed by both Sydney Water and Ausgrid, neither of whom have been able to find the time to sign off on our water and power to the new temporary accommodation in the new clubhouse.

Our old clubhouse will be demolished from tomorrow June 1^st.

As a temporary measure Conquest will allow us a road between the current excavation and the clubhouse to enable us to access the car parking in front of the old clubhouse. If necessary additional parking will be on the grass in front of the temporary carparks.

The current proshop will become the clubhouse until we can relocate, hopefully within a week or so. As water, power and gas will be disconnected for the demolition we have arranged for a generator to provide power to the proshop area until Ausgrid can complete connection to the proshop.

We will have tables and chairs in the proshop for members to be able to sit and have a refreshment or snack during this period. Until further notice access to the course will still be from the old proshop.

Our office/administration has been permitted to relocate to the new clubhouse temporary office under strict safety controls and will not be in the old location.

We sincerely apologise to members for this period of inconvenience- we have had no choice.
