Please ensure you rebook your preferred timeslot once they are available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Throughout the morning, we will closely monitor the weather conditions and may adjust the afternoon shotgun start time to provide members with the best and safest opportunity to complete a full round of golf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize member safety during extreme heat conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of the Heat Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Course Closure: The Greens and Match Committee, Club Professional, or General Manager can close the course if the temperature reaches or exceeds 40\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Advance Warning: The Club will try to notify players if the forecast predicts 40\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Suspension of Play: If play is suspended, players may finish their current hole or mark their ball and return to the pro shop.<\/li>\n<li>Reopening: The course may reopen when conditions are safe and temperature drops to 38\u00b0C (5% below threshold).<\/li>\n<li>Non-Compliance: Ignoring evacuation instructions may lead to disciplinary action.<\/li>\n<li>Member Responsibility: Players should avoid playing when forecast exceeds 35\u00b0C and consider personal health.<\/li>\n<li>Hydration &amp; Safety: Drink water frequently; water stations are available.
