We will be reopening the course from the new clubhouse area on Monday June 18. The clubhouse is still under construction in some areas and these areas will be barricaded off from entry by anyone other than construction workers.

It is imperative that members obey signage and roped off/barricaded areas and do not enter any other areas.

The proshop is open and fully stocked and the office is located in a temporary administration office. We will have half way facilities available for refreshment, toilets and an area for members to sit and relax.

Members should drive down Weeroona Road into the on grade carpark on the left just before the clubhouse. If this area is full members will need to park along the left side ( driving in) of the entry road. There is no room for parking on both sides of the road as we still have large trucks making deliveries.

Whilst we understand these arrangements are not ideal at least we are able to get members onto the course, proshop and office. We hope this arrangement will only be in place next week and after that members will have the use of the underground car park.

Several members have requested an extension to the deadline for collection of prizes and bar levy. An extension was initially not possible as it would have denied members the use of their 2018 2019 bar levy.

We have however been able to come up with a system whereby we can extend this deadline for two weeks only until July 15 whilst still giving members the use of their new levy which will be available on July 1.
