Course Closure: The Greens and Match Committee, Club Professional, or General Manager can close the course if the temperature reaches or exceeds 40°C.

Advance Warning: The Club will try to notify players if the forecast predicts 40°C.

Suspension of Play: If play is suspended, players may finish their current hole or mark their ball and return to the Pro Shop.

Reopening: The course may reopen when conditions are safe and temperature drops to 38°C (5% below threshold).

Non-Compliance: Ignoring evacuation instructions may lead to disciplinary action.

Member Responsibility: Players should avoid playing when forecast exceeds 35°C and consider personal health.

Hydration & Safety: Drink water frequently; water stations are available. Use SPF 30+ sunscreen and wear wide-brimmed, ventilated hats.

Competition Adjustments: Match Committee may change competition times during extreme heat.
Refunds

There are no refunds for the closure of the golf course due to extreme weather conditions.
Play and cart credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Club Professional in consultation with the General Manager.
