Aussies take the Crown in Korea

A refusal to yield and an infectious team spirit has propelled the Australian team of Minjee Lee, Hannah Green, Grace Kim and Steph Kyriacou to victory at the Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown in Korea.
Dating back to Kyriacou’s clutch putt on Saturday to secure a spot in the semi-finals, the Aussie quartet with five majors between them needed to claw their way back on Sunday morning to qualify for the final.
Up against a World team that boasted Hall of Famer Lydia Ko, Brooke Henderson, Charley Hull and Wei-Ling Hsu, Lee defeated Henderson 1-up after Green lost 2&1 to Hull.
Neither team was more than 1 up in the foursomes match went two extra holes before Kim two-putted for par and send her country into the final.
