• Course Closure: The Greens and Match Committee, Club Professional, or General Manager will close the course if the temperature reaches or exceeds 40°C.

• Temperature Source: Official temperature readings will be taken from the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) website for Sydney Olympic Park.

• Advance Warning: The Club will try to notify players if the forecast predicts 40°C.

• Member Responsibility: Members should avoid playing when the forecast is above 35°C and consider personal health limitations.

• Hydration: Drink water frequently; water is available on the course and in the clubhouse.

• Sun Protection: Use SPF 30+ sunscreen and wear wide-brimmed, ventilated hats.

• Competition Adjustments: Match Committee may change play times during extreme heat.

• Reopening: The course will be closed for the remainder of the day.
